What are the two ways to give?
Ship a case: pick the design and phone model, then enter their address at checkout. Send a gift code: pick a card style, write a note and send it by email or text; they choose the design and their phone model when they redeem it.
How much does it cost?
A case is $24.99 with free US shipping. A gift code is $24.99 and covers one case, shipped free in the US.
How long is a gift code valid?
12 months from purchase.
Can I schedule a gift code for a specific day?
Yes. In the send flow you can send it immediately or pick a date.
Can you include a gift note in the package?
We do not put notes in the box. Gift codes carry your note in the email or text. For a shipped case, make a free reveal card at /gifts/reveal and text or print it.
How fast does a case ship?
Orders ship within 48 business hours. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier. For the winter holidays we recommend ordering by Dec 14 for the best chance of US delivery by Dec 25.
What if the model or design is wrong?
Returns are free within 30 days.
