Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know
Is a phone case a good gift for a girlfriend?
Yes — especially because they get to pick it themselves. You choose the budget and write a personal note; they browse designs and pick what fits their phone. Practical, personal, and used every day.
What if I don't know what phone she has?
That's the whole point — you don't need to know. They enter their phone model when they redeem the gift code. iPhone 13 through 16 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy S21 through S26 Ultra — every model is covered.
How fast does the gift email arrive?
Instantly after you check out. Or you can schedule the email for a specific date — her birthday morning, Christmas Eve, whenever feels right.
Can I write a personal note?
Yes — you write it during checkout. Your note appears in the gift email exactly as you wrote it, and it's also included on the packing slip inside the box.
Can I send the same gift to multiple people at once?
Yes — up to 5 recipients in one order. Great for a friend group birthday, family, or holiday office gifts. Each person gets their own email and redemption code.
What styles are available?
Floral, celestial, dark academia, retro, animals, nature, abstract, minimal, cute — and more. Thousands of original designs.
How long does the case take to arrive after they redeem?
We craft and ship within 48 business hours. Free shipping always. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier.
Do gift codes expire?
Gift codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase — no pressure to redeem immediately.
Make the gift bigger
Pair it with a phone — or the perfect accessory.
Going all out? Add the phone itself, or one of the accessories we actually use day to day.
